There are certain items that are strictly prohibited, restricted
or require an Import License.

The listed prohibited/restricted items, according to regulations set by the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration), US Customs, our Cargo Airline, and the government of Trinidad and Tobago, include flammable, explosive, or corrosive materials, as well as camouflage items. These items will be held in Miami and won't be shipped until further instructions are provided. We strongly advise that you reach out to us for clarification before ordering such items. Any illegal substances discovered will be reported to US CBP (Customs and Border Patrol) and confiscated after testing.

hazardous materials (hazmat) and dangerous goods:

These items can be shipped after being registered with Homeland Security and inspected by the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration). They are considered hazardous or dangerous goods and require special handling, packaging and paperwork. The processing and shipping of these items occur every 1-2 weeks and will not be sent until the FAA safety inspector approves the package to be safe for flight, all appropriate paper work has been filed and fees paid to the FAA inspector. HAZMAT items are also to be placed in a special part of the airplane in case it catches afire. There are special handling and processing fees for these items which we bare on your behalf and will be further billed to you. Please note we do NOT ship HAZMAT items via sea freight.
