Tropical Express Couriers was established in 1998 as a SkyBox service provider offering an affordable means of transporting packages from Miami to Trinidad, enabling convenient online shopping for our customers. With over 30 years of combined experience with our cargo partners, we've perfected the art of reliable and efficient shipping. What sets us apart? We own and operate our very own warehouse in Miami (AOC Express), ensuring lightning-fast processing, meticulous control, and unwavering accountability every step of the way.

We at Tropical Express sincerely care about the well-being of our Valued Members and highly regard their safety and the safety of the citizens of Trinidad and Tobago and the world at large. We understand the responsibility we hold as a courier company in importing goods into the country which is why we have taken multiple security measures at our Miami warehouse with regards to the seizing of restricted and illegal items.
Our sister company AOC Express holds the same virtues. Our Miami warehouse is TSA (Transport Security Administration of the US) certified which means we are subjected to high surveillance and regulations where we are frequently assessed and inspected by TSA in connection with Homeland Security as regular protocol. Each one of our Miami employees are screened and assessed by TSA upon hire into our organization. We work very closely with CBP (Customs and Border Patrol of the US) frequently.
